Monthly or annual?
AlphaSet has two billing cycles:
- Monthly - pay each month, you renew manually when the period ends.
- Annual - pay 12 months upfront, 50% off versus the equivalent monthly price.

Note: The 50% discount applies only to the annual subscription. Beyond your subscription, AlphaSet charges no other fees - no AUM fee, no performance fee, no withdrawal fee, no fee based on the number of connections.

7 bonus days on your first cycle
Your first subscription gets 7 extra days, on both monthly and annual plans: a first month runs 37 days (30 + 7) and a first year runs 372 days (365 + 7).
- Applies once only per account, on your first subscription (monthly or annual).
- Cancelling and re-subscribing does not restore these 7 days.
Payment methods
- Every payment is manual: you pay the order shown in the app yourself, and AlphaSet never charges you automatically.
- Two methods: bank transfer (scan a VietQR code, priced in VND) and crypto (priced in USD).
- For your first payment, the method follows the Alpha you choose: Alpha Stock is paid by bank transfer, Alpha Crypto by crypto. From your first renewal or upgrade, you can pick bank transfer or crypto.

Exchange trading fees
Besides the subscription, you pay trading fees directly to your exchange or broker under their fee schedule. AlphaSet adds nothing on top of trading fees and charges no hidden fees. Plan benefits are shown inside the app after you sign in.
Frequently asked questions
Am I charged automatically when my period ends? No. At this stage renewal is manual. You get renewal reminders with a payment order 7, 3 and 1 days before your plan expires, then you pay yourself. If the period ends unpaid, you have a 7-day grace period and your Alphas keep running normally. After 7 days, all Alphas pause until you pay; open positions are left as they are, not closed automatically. See Cancel subscription.
Do high profits increase my fee? No. Profit doesn't increase your subscription fee, and AlphaSet has no AUM fee or performance fee. If your balance goes over your cap, the Engine just manages up to the cap and the rest stays on your exchange - no fee (see AUM caps per connection).
Are my funds safe? Your funds always stay on your own exchange. AlphaSet never holds your assets.
