Trades not running, balance mismatches, payment errors, and how to reach us.
- Trading hasn't started yet?After you finish setup, Alpha Crypto opens its first positions at the next rebalance (by next Monday at the latest), Alpha Stock in the next trading session. Not seeing trades right away is normal.
- Trading suddenly stopped?Sometimes no trades for a couple of days is completely normal. Here are the causes and when to contact support.
- AlphaSet balance differs from my exchange?The dashboard and your exchange aren't always synced in real time. When they differ, always trust the number on your exchange.
- Returns look wrong?Returns on AlphaSet are calculated using time-weighted return (TWR) so they aren't distorted by deposits or withdrawals. Often a number that "looks off" is exactly right.
- Charts not showing or looking weird?Most chart issues are fixed simply by refreshing the app or updating to the latest version.
- Got an error message?Most error messages are resolved simply by updating the app, checking your connection, or restarting your device.
- Payment failed?Most payments that are not recorded come from an amount, transfer reference or crypto network that doesn't match the order. Your subscription only activates once the payment is recorded.
