Payment failed?
Why wasn't my payment recorded?
At this stage AlphaSet accepts two methods: bank transfer (scan a VietQR code) and crypto. Each payment is an order with its own code. Common reasons:
- A bank transfer for a different amount than the QR code shows, or the order code was edited or removed from the transfer reference.
- The order expired before you paid: a bank-transfer order is valid for 24 hours. A crypto quote is only valid for a few minutes.
- Crypto sent short, sent on the wrong network, or missing a memo / tag on networks that require one.
- Paid but not recorded yet: confirmation sometimes needs a little extra time. Wait and recheck the status before sending more.
When the amount or reference doesn't match, the order moves to Pending verification so the AlphaSet team can reconcile it. You'll get an email when the order is accepted, or declined with a reason.

How to pay again
- Go to Subscription on your dashboard.
- Create a new order (if the old one expired) and choose a method.
- Bank transfer: scan the QR code and keep the amount and transfer reference unchanged. Crypto: pick the right network, then send the exact amount to the address shown on screen.
Note: pay only the exact amount shown on the order. If you paid more than once, or paid but the subscription didn't activate, don't send more. Contact support and we'll reconcile and refund if needed.
Change your payment method
From your first renewal or upgrade, you can pick bank transfer or crypto. Crypto sent on the wrong network can't be matched automatically: pay again on the right network to activate your plan, and contact the crypto payment gateway's support about the misdirected transfer.
What happens after a successful payment?
Once payment is recorded, your subscription activates and the Quant Engine starts trading: Alpha Crypto at the next rebalance, by next Monday at the latest, Alpha Stock in the next trading session (see Trading hasn't started yet?). Reminders:
- No free trial - you must pay to use the product.
- Your first subscription gets 7 bonus days (a first month runs 37 days, a first year 372 days). For how billing works, see Billing & payment.
When should I contact support?
- You were charged but the subscription didn't activate.
- You were charged multiple times for one plan.
- An order stays in Pending verification for too long, or was declined and the reason isn't clear.
When you message support, include the order code (starting with AS), payment method, amount, timestamp, and a screenshot of the transaction. See Contact support.
